Description

The ToolCurve DF 500 Imperial Thickness Gauge is a direct replacement for the factory metric thickness gauge, designed specifically for woodworkers who work in imperial measurements.

This simple upgrade eliminates metric-to-imperial math, allowing faster, more confident height adjustments when working with common North American board thicknesses. Less thinking, fewer mistakes, and smoother workflow at the bench.

After extensive feedback from woodworkers, this updated version focuses on clarity, durability, and ease of use. The improved indicator is easier to read under shop lighting and built to hold up to daily use.

Which table saws do your miter bars fit?

Our Miter Bars for Dewalt Table Saw are sized for the Dewalt jobsite table saws. The Set of 4 Adjustable Miter Bars fits the Dewalt jobsite saw too and is listed for Makita and Milwaukee table saws, and we have confirmed it on SawStop, Bosch, Shopsmith and Craftsman table saws, including the Craftsman 137. Both sets are four bars, 225mm long, each with three countersunk screw holes, made of high density plastic so they will not shrink or expand like wood. If your saw is not listed, send us the model number before you order.

Which track saws do your anti-tip guides fit?

The TS 55 guide is designed just for the TS 55 and does not fit the TS 60 or TS 75 track saws; the Kreg ACS guide is a separate product made for that saw. The TS 55 listing is one guide, and one is all you need, but if you want one at the front and one at the back of the saw you will need two. To install, tilt the saw to 45°, slot the guide into the rail and tighten it.

Does your sander wrench fit every Ridgid oscillating edge/belt spindle sander?

No. It does not fit model R4840, which uses triangular knobs, so if your sander has triangular knobs the wrench will not be compatible. On the sanders it fits, the wrench slips over the adjustment knob and gives you the leverage to loosen or tighten it when adjusting belt tension.

  3. Since I never use pre surfaced boards, I rarely have exact dimensions of imperial or metric. But having the imperial settings for the domino is a game changer. They are never centered perfectly but now a lot quicker to set close as need be. Good product!

  5. I like my Domino but don’t use it often enough to quickly remember the right height settings(in metric) when changing thicknesses in wood. Inevitably, this would lead to a long series of guesses and test on scrap pieces. This nifty solutions from Tool Curve finally makes the Domino show me settings that match the actual wood I’m using. Waited to long to get one.
