In-stock orders placed on a business day before our same-day cut-off ship that day from Medina, Ohio — each product page shows an “Order within” countdown and an arrival estimate. Yes — standard shipping is free on most ToolCurve made products once your U.S. order reaches $75 (third-party brands we carry don’t count toward it). Under that, standard shipping is a flat $6.95, or you can upgrade to Priority for $9.95.
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number — it also appears with the order in your account. You can check on a package any time from our Track My Order page.
We ship to the U.S. and Canada (Canada from $18, depending on parcel weight). We don’t ship to other countries yet.
To request a return or report a product issue, contact us first using the form above or email sales@toolcurve.com. Include your order number and a description of the return or issue. We will review your message and send you the returns link and next steps. Contact us within 90 days of purchase for a routine return of items in new or gently used condition with its original packaging, then ship within 14 days of authorization. You arrange and pay for return postage. For a product problem, keep the item while we review your request. For exchanges, return the original item and place a fresh order. See our Return Policy.
