Does the 36mm version of this adapter connect to the tool end of the Festool hose that comes with the Festool CT 36 EI AC dust extractor, to convert the Festool connector to a 2-1/4” OD adapter that should fit inside most 2.5” OD connectors like the DeWalt table saw or the vacuum connection on the Oneida Dust Deputy Low-Pro Plus Cyclone Dust Separator? Just want to make sure I order the correct connectors. Ned asked on January 31, 2026

The 36mm version is designed to fit the larger Festool 36mm hoses, it allows you to use your 36mm hose with your Dewalt table saw lower dust port.

Will your hoses work with Hercules dust extractor for harbor freight? John Reynolds asked on January 12, 2026

It should as I believe the dust extractor has standard hose sizes so if it's the smaller hose it should be a 1-1/4" or if it's the larger hose the port on the hose would be 1-7/8"

Hi Oliver, Yes it does. The Size you'll want for that is the 36mm. All of our 36mm version adapters will fit on the D36/32 Festool hoses.

Yes, this adapter will work on most table saw's rear dust ports. The port is designed to fit 2-1/4" ID ports which is the standard for most job site table saws.
