Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date for items in new or gently used condition with its original packaging.
I have yet to receive the item due to the Toolcurve shop being moved. I was able to get in touch with the shop owner, John, and he’s offered good customer service.
They never shipped the item. I contacted them twice and heard nothing. I filed a claim with Etsy just to see if we could get some info on when it would be here. Etsy just cancelled the order. Everything else I’ve ordered with ToolCurve was excellent. This was a monumental letdown from them and from Etsy
Paid & never received product
This is the best add on for makita cordless. Makitas base design makes it sketchy to use cause of the small foot print. But this will easily solve that problem buy giving me more surface to stabilize router prior to cutting
