Produced on 3D printers with PTL material, design fit properly in my ridgid router, and it fit and slide into the guide pretty well without wiggling. The original part was print in PLT material and it arrived twisted or deformed in more than one dimension due to summer heat. Customer service was great, contacted him and he provide a new part without hesitation with PETG material that holds better in higher temps (very important because router get hot while cutting) and shipped it in less than 32 hrs. He also added to a design suggestions to make the part more helpful to work with.
Final product works great, but it is a 3D printed part, so don’t expect a high finish quality product.
