One of my first 3D printed purchases. Nice idea and I love the tech that makes these things, but I had a minor issue with the design.
I do a lot of template routing and I leave the template adapter attached to the router at all times. This dust port does not accommodate the knob of the template adapter without modification.
I had to grind about a 5/8″ or so worth of material off the dust port in order for it to fit on the router with the template adapter.
I’m not sure if this is going to reduce its ability to capture dust, but anything is better than no dust collection. I’m looking forward to seeing how well it performs.
