The unit is nicely constructedand arrived on time. The placement of the pounting hole doesn’t allow for the router to plunge all the way to the bottom of its intended travel. I moved the adapter back and drilled new holes which allow the plunge travel to come all the way down. I also added a piece of plexiglass on top of the base to increase the effectiveness of the adapter.

The part is constructed very nicely. The only issue I found and it may be specific to the 2 1/2” adapter is that the adapter gets in the way of the router being able to plunge all the way down. I moved it back and drilled 2 holes through the thicker part of the adapter and secured it with 25 mm screws. Works great. A minor modification to add the additional holes would be great.

I just got my Bosch hose adapter and can’t wait to use on my router. What a sharp looking piece as has the same color scheme as Bosch equipment and well made of sturdy material. My second adapter from ToolCurve and they’ve done it again. .. First Rate!! Thanks
