Description
The Bits&Bits 425-CM250SF is a 1/4″ compression router bit with a short, 0.12″ up-cut section for mortise-style cuts and thinner double-sided laminated material. The shorter spiral change lets the down-cut flutes engage closer to the bottom of the cut.
It retains a full 1″ cutting length. “Short flute” refers to the up-cut portion, not a shorter overall cutting edge. The solid-carbide bit has a 1/4″ shank and AstraHP coating.
