Handle arrived quickly, and was a perfect fit and it is long enough for a good grip with thumb and index & pointer fingers. The Handle is 2-1/4″ shorter than the original which makes storing the planner easier. This handle is a machined from aluminum vs 3d printed like most of the other available replacement knobs/handles.
Fit my 7485 fine, one thing you have to consider is max blade height. If you crank the blade too high the fabric “bump” on the left side of the blade pushes the clearance insert up. Max blade height is about 2″ with it installed, which isn’t a problem with that saw really, since you don’t get much higher than 2″ normally.
Just used this to cut a bunch of MFT holes using the LR32 rail and my Dewalt DW618 router. This works well, but plastic feels a little delicate. Slide movement was stiff at first but improved with use. Moving the router and guide along the rail can be done most easily with the hand on the guide that lifts the pin — thumb and forefinger pull up the pin and lower part of the hand pushes along the angled block around the pin. Pin registration in holes was perfect.
Fits perfectly. Immediate shipping in a day and got the product in 2 days.
