After spending a few weeks banging my head against the wall trying to get sanders to connect to my dust extractor (without the use of tape), I found this. It fits and works perfectly! It is extremely well made and I t was shipped very quickly. I definitely recommend this adapter.
This adapter made my new Makita Belt Sander even more useful as it allows me to connect my Festool Cleantec dust collector to the sanders dust outlet. Instead of spraying a heavy coat of dust all over my shop, the Cleantec can now catch 90% of that dust. The adapter fit is spot on, with zero slips during its use. I look forward to utilizing other, Tool Curve items. They are so clever and add so much utility to the tools in my shop.
