Milwaukee Plunge Router LR 32 Hole Drilling Set

Our router, jig saw and joiner adapters ride in the t-slot accessory channel of a track saw guide rail, so they fit FS rails and the Makita, Milwaukee, Kreg ACS (not the Kreg Accu-Cut), Powertec and Wen tracks, and our router adapters also fit the Ridgid tracks. Our standard adapters do not fit the Dewalt track, so we make separate Dewalt-track versions of several router adapters, and we don’t believe they fit straight-edge cutting guides without that channel, such as the Empire cutting guide. The protective caps are sold by rail brand, and the LR32 plate in our hole drilling sets needs an LR32 rail with the 32mm detent holes.

No. The LR32 plate registers with a spring-loaded pin that drops into the detent holes spaced every 32mm along an LR32 guide rail, and it is made for the FS-style LR32 rails that have those holes. Milwaukee, Dewalt, Powertec, Mafell and Milescraft tracks do not have them, and the set is not made for the Bosch RA 32 rail either, so the hole-drilling part will not work on any of those tracks. The router adapter in each hole drilling set still works on its own as a rail connector for dados on the tracks our standard adapters fit, such as Milwaukee and Powertec.

Yes for three of them: the Dewalt 20V Max XR adapter fits both the D-handle (DCS334B) and barrel grip (DCS335B) saws, the Milwaukee M18 adapter fits the D-handle (2737-20) and barrel grip (2737B-20), and the Makita adapter for 18v and 12v jig saws fits both grips. Our Makita 12v, Milwaukee M12 and Milwaukee M12 Fuel adapters do not list a grip style, so match the product title to your saw. Every adapter replaces the saw’s factory base plate, comes off and on in seconds, and has a track connector on each side so you can run the saw in either direction along the rail.

The DomiRail fits both the Domino DF 500 and DF 700 and comes in PLA Plus plastic or CNC-milled aluminum anodized black. The ZetaRail fits the Lamello Zeta but not the Zeta P2, which does not have the same threaded inserts. Our Dewalt biscuit joiner rail connector fits the DW682K. Each ships as the connector plus two knurled-knob stainless steel screws (5mm for the DomiRail and the Dewalt connector, 6mm for the ZetaRail); guide rail limit stops are not included and are sold separately in sets of two.

Each hole drilling set is built around one router model, so match the model in the product title to your router. The Dewalt, Makita and Milwaukee Plunge Router LR 32 Hole Drilling Sets are for the trim router plunge bases (the Dewalt one is the DNP612 compact plunge base that takes a Dewalt trim router), while the DCW620B needs the LR 32 Hole Drilling System for Dewalt 20V 2 1/4″ HP Base Router rather than the Dewalt 625 set. If you already own one of our plunge router adapters, the LR32 Router Adapter Set is just the LR32 plate and two drop stops with no router adapter. Each hole drilling set includes the rail adapter for the router named in the title, our LR32 plate, and two guide rail drop stops that register the rail at each end of the panel for repeat drillings. The router adapter is our standard rail adapter, so it also works on its own as a rail connector for dados. If you already own one of our plunge router adapters, the LR32 Router Adapter Set is the LR32 plate and two drop stops only, and the plate accepts any of our plunge router adapters.
