Each adapter is shaped for the port on the models named in the listing, so our Hose Adapter Cover for Dewalt Trim Router fits both the DWP611 and the DCW600, and our Makita GSL02 miter saw adapter also fits the GSL03. A different tool from the same brand usually has a different port: the Dewalt DW616 and DW618 plunge routers take a different adapter than the trim routers, the Dewalt 734 planer a different one than the DW735, and our two Makita LS miter saw adapters are split by whether the slide rails extend from the rear or sit on the front-left of the saw. Generally yes, if the saw has the same port. Our Dewalt table saw adapter is made for the 2-1/4″ ID rear dust port that most jobsite saws use, so it works on most table saws’ rear ports, including a Makita saw whose port measured 2-3/16″ ID, and most of our other table saw adapters list the same 2-1/4″ lower port. We also sell a plain 2-1/4″ port adapter for router tables with that port. Saws with a different port, such as the SawStop PCS 4″ rear port or a blade guard port, use their own adapters, so check the port named on the product page before you order.

Order the size of the hose you are plugging into the adapter, not the size of the tool’s port. 27mm and 36mm are for antistatic dust extractor hoses: 27mm is the hose most of those extractors ship with, 36mm is the larger optional hose, and all of our 36mm versions also fit the D36/32 hose. 1-1/4″, 1-7/8″ and 2-1/2″ are for standard shop vac hoses, and if a size is not in the Hose Size menu on a product page, that adapter is not offered in that size. Our No Snag dust ports are the exception: they come with one twist-lock hose adapter in either metric, which fits 27mm and 36mm hoses, or imperial, which fits 1-1/4″ and 1-7/8″ hoses.

A No Snag port replaces the swiveling dust port that came on your track saw rather than attaching to it. The original port lets the weight of the hose swing it downward so the hose catches on the track or workpiece; the No Snag port does not swivel and angles the hose up and away from the cut. It ships with the port connector plus one twist-lock hose end in the size you choose, metric (27mm and 36mm hoses) or imperial (1-1/4″ and 1-7/8″ hoses), and the hose end screws off so you can change hose sizes without tools. We make them for Makita (corded, 36V and 40V), Bosch, Dewalt, Kreg, Mafell, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi and Wen track saws.

No. Our Hose Adapter Cover for Dewalt Trim Router is not clear and closes off the whole opening in the base for the best suction, so you see the bit only through the router base, not through the cover.

For hose adapters, measure the dust port on your tool with calipers and use the adapter finder: choose whether the adapter goes inside the port (measure the inside diameter) or slides over it (measure the outside diameter), enter the size, and it lists every adapter whose taper range fits. For everything else, the product name and description list the tool brand and the model numbers it fits. If your model is not listed, send us the make and model through the contact page and we will confirm the fit before you order.

In-stock orders placed on a business day before our same-day cut-off ship that day from Medina, Ohio; each product page shows an “Order within…” countdown to the cut-off and an “Arrives” date estimate. Orders placed after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a USPS holiday go out the next business day, and the transit estimate skips weekends and USPS holidays too. Once your order ships we email you a USPS tracking number, which is also listed under Orders in My Account and on our order tracking page.

Canada, yes: rates start at $18, plus $5 for heavier parcels. We do not ship to any other countries yet.

Request a return within 90 days of purchase through our return portal, then ship it within 14 days of authorization; items must be in new or gently used condition with the original packaging. You arrange and pay for routine return shipping, and the portal gives you the return address, a packing slip and tracking. Refunds are reviewed after we receive and inspect the item and go back to your original payment method within 2 business days of receipt. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Generally no; exchanges are only accepted when an item is damaged or defective. The fastest way to get the right part is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one. Inspect your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, report it through our return portal and keep the item while we review it.

We refund your original payment method minus the non-refundable payment processing fees our providers charge, typically around 2.9% + $0.30, which the processor does not return to us.

Yes. We guarantee all ToolCurve-made products: any damage through normal wear will be replaced free of charge. Report the problem through our return portal, keep the item while we review it, and we will arrange the replacement.
