The internal ribs allows locking of the 27mm hose. This one item has a ton of use. Today I used it on my Kreg pocket hole thingy.
I bought this adapter and it broke in half just attaching it to my router. It is 3D printed and broke at the layer lines. Seller offered to send another one, but I requested a refund and got no further replies from seller. My experience with the adapter was not as described “Created from a high-density plastic for lasting longevity and durability” as it broke before I used it.
