Bosch PR011 & PR111 Plunge Router Guide Rail Adapter

Our standard router guide rail adapters fit any track saw guide rail with the standard T-slot accessory channel, which covers FS rails, Makita, Milwaukee, Kreg ACS, PowerTec, Wen and Ridgid tracks. They do not fit the Dewalt track, Bora rails, Milescraft rails or the Kreg Accu-Cut rail; for the Dewalt track, Bora rails and Milescraft rails we make a separate adapter or connector. For Bosch and Mafell guide rails we make separate versions of the Makita and Milwaukee trim router adapters.

Not the standard versions, but we cover the Dewalt track two ways. We make adapters built for the Dewalt track for the Dewalt trim router (corded and cordless), the Dewalt DW618 and DNP612 plunge bases, and the Makita and Milwaukee trim routers, each listed with the Dewalt track in the product name. We also make a separate Dewalt track adapter that lets all of our standard rail adapters run on the Dewalt track.

No, our standard rail adapters do not fit either rail, but we have an option for each. For Bora rails we make a Bora rail connector that lets all of our standard rail adapters run on the Bora rail. For the Milescraft 1409 track saw guide we make separate Milescraft versions of some router adapters; contact us with your router model and we will send you the link.

It depends on the router, so match the listing to the base you own. The Bosch 1617 adapter is designed for both the fixed and plunge bases, and the Dewalt DCW620B 2-1/4 HP cordless, Milwaukee M18 2-1/4 HP and Porter Cable 690 series adapters also fit both the plunge and fixed base. Other adapters are made for one base and say so on the listing, for example the Dewalt DW618 and DWE625 plunge bases and the Ridgid 2 HP fixed base. Some plunge bases have their own adapter, separate from the adapter for the router itself: the Makita trim router plunge base 196094-2, the Dewalt DNP612, the Bosch Colt PR011 and PR111 and the Milwaukee M18 plunge base each have a dedicated listing.

Only where the listing says so. Our Dewalt and Makita trim router adapters fit both the corded and cordless trim routers, and the Dewalt adapter also fits the DWP 611 trim router base. Our other adapters are made for the router named on the listing, and many name a single model, such as the Milwaukee 18v, Ryobi 18v and Ridgid 18v trim routers or the cordless Milwaukee M18 2-1/4 HP router. If your exact model is not named on a listing, contact us with the model number and we will point you in the right direction.

No. Every router adapter is made to use the original screws from your router’s factory sub-base, so no extra hardware is needed. The LR 32 sets mount the same way, since they include the standard adapter for your router.

Each set includes our standard rail adapter for your router, our LR 32 plate and two guide rail drop stops. The plate registers off the holes in an LR 32 guide rail with a spring-loaded 6mm knob that locks into each detent hole, so the hole-drilling function only works on FS-style LR 32 rails that have those holes; Milwaukee, PowerTec, Dewalt, Milescraft, Mafell and Bosch tracks (including the Bosch RA 32 rail) do not work with the plate. On standard T-slot rails such as Makita, Milwaukee and PowerTec the rail adapter still works on its own as a rail connector for dados, but it does not fit Dewalt or Milescraft tracks.

For hose adapters, measure the dust port on your tool with calipers and use the adapter finder: choose whether the adapter goes inside the port (measure the inside diameter) or slides over it (measure the outside diameter), enter the size, and it lists every adapter whose taper range fits. For everything else, the product name and description list the tool brand and the model numbers it fits. If your model is not listed, send us the make and model through the contact page and we will confirm the fit before you order.

Standard USPS shipping is $6.95 with an estimated 3 to 5 business days in transit, and USPS Priority is $9.95 with an estimated 2 business days in transit. Some larger items add $3 to the standard rate. Standard shipping is also free on most orders once your subtotal reaches $75 in ToolCurve-made products.

In-stock orders placed on a business day before our same-day cut-off ship that day from Medina, Ohio; each product page shows an “Order within…” countdown to the cut-off and an “Arrives” date estimate. Orders placed after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a USPS holiday go out the next business day, and the transit estimate skips weekends and USPS holidays too. Once your order ships we email you a USPS tracking number, which is also listed under Orders in My Account and on our order tracking page.

Canada, yes: rates start at $18, plus $5 for heavier parcels. We do not ship to any other countries yet.

Request a return within 90 days of purchase through our return portal, then ship it within 14 days of authorization; items must be in new or gently used condition with the original packaging. You arrange and pay for routine return shipping, and the portal gives you the return address, a packing slip and tracking. Refunds are reviewed after we receive and inspect the item and go back to your original payment method within 2 business days of receipt. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Generally no; exchanges are only accepted when an item is damaged or defective. The fastest way to get the right part is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one. Inspect your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, report it through our return portal and keep the item while we review it.

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email sales@toolcurve.com as soon as possible, because orders placed on a business day before the same-day cut-off shown on the product page ship that same day. We refund your original payment method minus the non-refundable payment processing fees our providers charge, typically around 2.9% + $0.30, which the processor does not return to us.

Yes. We guarantee all ToolCurve-made products: any damage through normal wear will be replaced free of charge. Report the problem through our return portal, keep the item while we review it, and we will arrange the replacement.

Every ToolCurve product is designed, engineered, and made in Medina, Ohio, both our original 3D-printed line and our precision-machined aluminum accessories. We keep production local so we can control quality from first cut to final shipment. The third-party brands we also carry, such as Macam dust bags, are not ToolCurve-made.
