this is the first time that a Toolcurve adapter fit just a little loose. But nothing a single layer of blue masking tape couldn’t rectify…..

The unit is nicely constructedand arrived on time. The placement of the pounting hole doesn’t allow for the router to plunge all the way to the bottom of its intended travel. I moved the adapter back and drilled new holes which allow the plunge travel to come all the way down. I also added a piece of plexiglass on top of the base to increase the effectiveness of the adapter.

The part is constructed very nicely. The only issue I found and it may be specific to the 2 1/2” adapter is that the adapter gets in the way of the router being able to plunge all the way down. I moved it back and drilled 2 holes through the thicker part of the adapter and secured it with 25 mm screws. Works great. A minor modification to add the additional holes would be great.

Great addition to my Dewalt Track Saw. I already have the router attachment for the track and will use this to make some stopped dadoes.
