    As a part-time wood worker operating out of my garage, I know that effective dust collection is vital. Too often it is frustratingly difficult to get good adapters for adequate dust collection. That’s why it is so nice that your 2 1/2″ hose adapter works beautifully on my Dewalt DW735 planer AND on my new Porter Cable benchtop jointer.

    I purchased this item to connect my JessEm TA fence duct collection to my Festool CT MIDI 27mm hose. It fit perfectly! I had been looking fore an adapter for a long time before I found this item. I now have a 36mm Festool hose and just ordered a second adapter.

    Ordered this from Amazon and received and installed it today. Snug tight fit have not used the saw with it on yet but I’m sure it will reduce the dust. I also like the color it’s spot on with the color of the Makita saw!!!!
