    The adaptor barely fits into the Bosch dust port. The OD of the adaptor looks to be too large. I can get the adaptor about 1/2″ into the Bosch port. My Bosch is about 5yrs old so I don’t know if that is the reason.

    Excellent adapter too use Festool 27mm hose with the Bosch Dual Mode 6″ sander. (About 1/2 the cost of the Festool Sander with equal to superior performance!)
